At ConnectArtist, we aim to provide a seamless experience. Since our platform connects users with artists, cancellations and refunds follow the rules below.
2. Cancellations
Users may request cancellations within the allowed time frame before the scheduled service. Any request made after this period may not qualify for a refund.
3. Refund Eligibility
- If a service is not delivered as promised, a full refund will be provided.
- If the artist cancels the engagement, users are entitled to a full refund.
- User-initiated cancellations depend on timing and may include deductions for processing fees.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.
5. Exceptions & Dispute Resolution
Certain services, once delivered (such as completed performances or digital content), may not be eligible for refunds. In case of disputes between users and artists, ConnectArtist will act as a mediator, and the final decision will be made at the sole discretion of the platform.
